How to Use
The good thing about Bathmate Hydromax pump is the ease of its use. In fact, you can just insert this conveniently to your daily routine.
In your daily bath (in a shower or tub), fill the tube with warm water. Then insert your flaccid penis inside the pump’s cylinder (However, some guys admit that they use this with an erect penis). When I got the hydromax X30 which is about 6 months running into 7 months, I stuck to the routine as they stated. OK, I want to post an update after using it for 3 months. Measured my cock both flaccid and erect. My flaccid length is 11 cm(10 cm before) and flaccid girth is 10(10 before), my erect length is 16 cm(14cm before) and erect girth is 12(12 before).
A bit disappointing there is no change in girth. 
But as Mike has said in his review I think you need to use this daily to maintain gains. I will start using the pump again tomorrow. Good luck guys!

Just wanted to add a note to new users so that do not make same mistake as me.
DO NOT GO OVERBOARD WITH BATHMATE!
It surely has positive effects on short run and about long run I do not know as I have used only for 2 months now. Mild swelling is normal. But, it should not be super swollen.Give it some more time before you extend the set to more than 15 mins.

Can I expect to increase my length upto 4 inches?
4 inches growth is highly unlikely unless you are starting with 9-10 inches. In that case, you do not need to use Hydromax pump.
Normally people notice 1.5-2 inches growth after using for 6-18 months( it varies person to person). You should keep your expectation in that range as well.

For those asking about how to combine Hydromax with jelqing, I will suggest you start by warming up with low vacuum using the bathmate for few minutes. Then you can jelq for 5 minutes and pump with bathmate for 10 minutes. As you progress, you can always increase the length of time you do these sets. You will see better result this way but don’t go too fast especially if you are just starting out with penis pumps.
If the X30 is for 5”-7”. I’m at 6.5”, will I have to go to the next size up after I hit 7” or is there room for growth beyond 7”?
It is only an approximation. I do not think you should expect beyond 7.5 inches within a year. So,it is fine till 7.5 inches.

I’m really trying to decide between the Bathmate X30 and the Phallosan… I’m around 7 erect and I want to increase both girth and length… Which is the best to go with? I think the size genetics looks a bit to uncomfortable.
If you are really committed and dedicated to wear regularly,go for Phallosan forte.If you have the budget,go for Phallosan rather than SG. Bathmate X30 is best for immediate gains (both length and girth). You need an extender to make those gains permanent.
TLDR: Go for both if you have the budget.
This is the routine which I would recommend:
First, warm up (holding the shower head on my penis for 3-5 minutes). Then use Bathmate before using the penis extender (say Phallosan Forte) so my penis has the temporary gains after that attach the Extender.
So what my suggestion is to buy both, but if you don’t have the money or don’t want to buy both. Buy only an extender, because you can use it for a longer period.

I am using Bathmate x30 for 2 months now. It was a bit learning curve for me the first few days though (suction issues and what not but the guide helped).

I have heard people getting results despite taking breaks in the weekend. You must note that 3 month of usage with 4-5 days break is bit less time to reach any conclusion. Anyway, for girth Phallosan Forte gives best results. Good luck.

Yes, you can do jelqing and other penis exercises as usual. But,I would suggest giving some gap in the timings between Bathmate session and jelqing. Good Luck!
It also depends on your girth. But, generally for your size, Hydromax X40 should be good. In the same page,you can also use the size guide (middle of the page) to get a suggestion for your size of length and girth. Do not care about new model name variations much. Either go by their guide or just go for X40.
I have been using Bathmate hyromax 40xx for 1 month now, and truthfully I am seeing, the results last for about 24-30 hours. I have had issues because of my average sized cock so I went and bought the Bathmate. I was full of hope and used it regularly for almost two years. The final results: 0 millimeter length, 0 millimeter thickness. My doodle is today as long and thick as it was almost two years ago. And I did use it correctly. I took a little time to go into the anatomy of a penis. The problem lies in the stiff membrane around the corpus cavernosum. It’s so damn stiff that could be impossible to stretch it. Looks like the Bathmate is meant to give a temporary growth by sucking fluids into and under the skin of a penis. Your penis can get thicker for an hour or so but you won’t achieve extra millimeters to its length. I have read similar results from many user around the world. So I purchased the x30 extreme and I’m about 6.2″ but as a guy who has lost a lot of weight I still have a little pubic fat still hanging around. So the sight says to measure from your pelvic bone and when I do that the measurement I get but when I use the device, inside the window It says I’m only about 5.5. should I have gotten a smaller model or should I just continue using the one I have? I will say I notice a little improvement within the week I’ve used it but nothing lasting yet.I usually do like 3 min warm up then about 100 to 150 jelq then about another 10 to 15 min at a pressure I can stand adjusting pressure as I go.

4 weeks is too small duration to have any kind of noticeable permanent effect. Most people notice the permanent difference in 3-4 months. Though Bathmate official FAQ page, they claim permanent gain in 2 months, the gain is generally too small to be noticeable. Yes, you can still ask for a refund if you are not happy.
