Yes,PF is more comfortable than JES Extender but it takes longer to get results and price is bit higher. So,if you want save money and get quicker results at the cost of comfort, go for JES Extender. Else,Phallosan forte (check its review here) is more suitable.

Hi Mike,
For almost a month now, I have been using JES Extender. However, I am having a hard time keeping it on max tension since it keeps on slipping off. I have tried to tighten the band but it still won’t work. The seller also offered me translucent silicon for additional comfort. Another comes with silicon on the inside designed with a cloth externally. And among these, I find the latter to be the most comfortable one to use. Since I can’t grease my lad since it will only slip off everything, I tried to oil the thread instead (just a bit) as well as the spring so they can slide easily.

Hi Mike,
I purchased the Titanium one. However, when I tried to make the adjustment, I can find a combination that will adjust the rods and the screws. It stays on level 900.The bars won’t uncover the lines either and won’t work as it appears on the instructional video. I wonder if I need to add more bars. Hope you can help me with this.

It’s hard for me to identify authentic reviews from those that are not. This is considering the fact that a lot of today’s sites come with paid comments. Basically, I cannot seem to increase the pressure above the standard 900 (the ranges are (900-1200-1500). I tried all extension rods that were included in the package (and thus different stretched states), but when I twist the screws the three pressure indicators do not change, the only thing that happens is that eventually, the extender part becomes de-attached. Help please Mike?
